HR Manager

Kanetora has a long history of engaged, productive employees, and we’re looking for a Human Resources (HR) manager to continue that happy tradition. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in HR or recruitment, with a thorough understanding of HR policy and procedures. The bulk of the role will involve employee orientations, benefits administration, compensation, rewards, and conflict resolution, but there is a great opportunity for developing and refining systems. We are eager to find an HR manager who easily connects with people and has a detail-oriented mindset to handle the changing nature of the workforce.

Responsibilities:

  • Interview and recruit skills to fill job openings.

  • Promote a healthy working environment for staff and management.

  • Handle labor disputes and remedy any issues employees might have.

  • Develop and initiate training and orientation plans for new starters.

  • Report on the cost of HR and current/future recruitment needs/drive.

  • To some extent be involved with payroll and provident fund/pension inquiries.

  • Collect and analyze employee data via internal surveys to measure employer satisfaction and develop talent retention strategies.

Requirement:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources

  • 3+ years in human resources or recruitment

  • Exceptional communication skills, writing skills, interpersonal skills, and ethical mindset

  • Adept to problem-solving and conflict resolution

  • Extensive knowledge of HR policies and systems

  • Familiarity with HR software and working knowledge of MS Office
