Since 2018, Kanetora Hanoi Office has been located on the 23rd floor, Discovery Complex Building (302 Cau Giay Street). At present, to meet the needs of expansion in the next period, Kanetora officially moved the office up from the 23rd floor to the 36th floor.
The new office occupies the whole of the 36th floor with a square of up to 1000 m2. The office is decorated in a modern and cozy style. Working space is a combination of open space and private space. Therefore, that promotes not only team spirit but also individual creativity. The working areas of each department are reasonably divided, helping staff to collaborate together easily.
A special feature of the new office which is different from the 23rd floor is the security door system. The doors to the company can only be opened with magnetic cards or the fingerprints of employees. The application of the magnetic card system to the company helps ensure security, creating a professional and modern working environment.
Besides, the new office has 4 meeting rooms instead of 2 rooms like the old one. The four meeting rooms are named after four locations where Kanetora has a representative office, including Hanoi, Nam Dinh, Da Nang, and Saigon. Not only doubling in number, each meeting room is also invested in modern types of equipment such as television systems, projectors, radio speakers, and soundproof glass doors.
The pantry is well-designed like a restaurant or coffee shop. Two large dining tables are placed in the center. There are also some small tables placed in the pantry and along the corridor. The pantry is also equipped with a large refrigerator and two large microwave ovens to serve the needs of the staff.
The new office has officially come into operation since December 30, 2022. This change will be a foundation for Kanetora's growth in the future.
